1. Software Vendor Status Only

Parcelie Technologies is strictly a software development and technology vendor. We design, build, and license delivery management software platforms to third-party logistics, sorting, and delivery companies.

• No Logistics Operations: Parcelie does not provide delivery services, courier services, transportation, or logistics operations.
• No Vehicle/Fleet Control: Parcelie does not own, lease, operate, or control delivery vehicles, cargo fleets, warehouses, or sorting facilities.
• No Driver Employment: Drivers, couriers, dispatchers, and sorters are employees, contractors, or agents of the respective third-party delivery companies utilizing our licensed software. They are not employed or contracted by Parcelie Technologies.

Accordingly, you acknowledge that all liability, responsibility, and claims regarding delivery performance, driver conduct, vehicle safety, lost or damaged cargo, and service Level Agreements (SLAs) rest solely with the third-party logistics company providing the service, and not with Parcelie.

2. Use of the Website

This Website is provided for informational and marketing purposes to demonstrate the capabilities of the Parcelie software platform. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Scraping, harvesting, copying, or reproducing any Website content without our express written permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or administration portals.
• Using the Website to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful files.
